Moonfleet House features four generously sized bedrooms with elegant high ceilings, comfortably accommodating eight guests, plus a travel cot available for guest use.
Downstairs
Family Room: Hardwood floors, wood burner stove, satellite TV, a BOSE sound system, Xbox One, DVD player, and a selection of books and games.
Kitchen Diner: Including dishwasher, fridge, 2 x Neff ovens, induction hob and a variety of coffee machines along with a full suite of glassware and dining ware plus a dining area comfortably seating 8 people.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): A spacious king-size bedroom with partially carpeted flooring, king size bed, wall-mounted TV and a sofa in a separate cozy TV area. A newly installed workstation desk, combined with high-speed WiFi, makes it an ideal spot for remote working and lots of space for a travel cot.
W.C./Utility Room: W.C., washing machine, tumble dryer, wine fridge, ice maker, freezer, ironing board, and iron.
Upstairs
Bedroom 2: Tastefully decorated with a king-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, and a classic fireplace leading to a stunning en-suite with roll top free standing bath. Luxurious room with bay window, high ceilings and plenty of room for a travel cot.
Bedroom 3: A stunning, bright, and airy king-sized bedroom adorned with Cotswold wooden furniture, leading to an equally impressive en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and underfloor heating. This bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV and can easily accommodate a travel cot.
Bedroom 4: Features comfortable twin beds, a smart TV, and modern oak furniture.
Shower Room: The room is fully tiled, featuring a double walk-in shower, a hand wash basin, underfloor heating, and a low-level W.C.
Garden / Parking
The private and secure rear courtyard garden is fully paved, featuring a contemporary seating area for eight, a BBQ, and a log store, all enclosed by a brick wall and painted wood panelling. This bright and secure area is highly functional, enjoying sunlight all afternoon. There is a reserved parking space at the rear, marked 'Moonfleet reserved parking,' with access to the garden. Guests are asked to park leaving space on either side of the vehicle to allow neighbours access through the rear alleyway and sides.
For an enhanced guest experience, there is a new electric vehicle (EV) charge point, which is a single-phase untethered AC electric vehicle charger with a type 2 socket.
